How Can numbness In The Hands be Treated?

I have numbness in my right hand and up my right arm. All day yesterday it was like sudden arthritis in my right hand mostly my thumb. I have had severe Raynaund before in my life during stressful situations. I m under extreme stress now so maybe that s what s happening. Before it was only my toes but I just now read it could happen in my arm.

it appears to be neurological problem.exclude diabetes.it can be recurance of raynauds disease. avoid smoking and taking tobacco.
